Registration Information and Conditions

Registration Fees:

600,00 Euro: “Very Early-Bird”, registration before or on 11 March, 2013
650,00 Euro: “Early-Bird”, registration before or on 14 April, 2013
700,00 Euro: “Regular”, registration before or on 12 May, 2013
750,00 Euro: “Late”, registration 13 May, 2013 or later

To receive the applicable discounted fee, the registration should be in before or on the mentioned dates. The registrant will receive an invoice to be paid within 14 days. If a payment is received late, a surcharge may be invoiced to the registrant.

Note that the registration on site is only possible paying by cash and pending availability. Showing up on site without a registration does not guarantee you entrance to the workshop area.

Registration fee for participants covers:

  • Admission to the workshop sessions 
  • Workshop documentation 
  • Workshop badge 
  • Welcome drinks reception 
  • Refreshment served during coffee- and tea-breaks 
  • Lunch on both workshop days 
  • Dinner on Thursday 16 May 2013 
  • Workshop polo-shirt

After submitting the completed form you will be provided with automatic e-mail confirmation that submission was successful. After the workshop registration fee is paid you will receive a letter of confirmation of your registration from the workshop organizers. Terms of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by credit card.

The link to the safe SSL paymentsite will be sent to you by e-mail with a pro-forma invoice. The invoices are issued manually, so please, allow us 24 hours between your registration and sending of the invoice.

Bank Transfer Details: Please, note that from April 29 onwards, no bank transfer payment option is available any more as there will be no time to process these.


No refund can be made if registration is cancelled: however, substitutions are accepted. Please note that the conference organizers must be notified in writing of a substitution by e-mail. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the organisers should the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political and/or economic events, or generally by force majeure should speakers fail to appear, or if the programme has to be changed for any other reason.

Tax invoices

All fees are quoted in EUR and include VAT 20%. Tax invoices will be issued and can be collected at the registration desk of the workshop.
